Mochlos exists because the same problems kept turning up in every operation Ben ran, whatever the industry: work that had outgrown what anyone could hold in their head, systems that didn't talk to each other, and processes that lived in people rather than on paper.
Where the experience comes from
Two decades of running operations from the inside: field teams working across states, hiring, scheduling, contracts, compliance and finance. The kind of work where a missed step costs real money, and where the person who knows how something is done is often the only record of it.
Where the method comes from
For more than twenty years Ben has built the systems and processes those companies run on, and the method Mochlos uses was proven there before it was offered to anyone else: documenting how work actually runs, writing down the processes and connecting the systems. The tools changed along the way: SharePoint and Teams for about a decade, Monday in recent years, and most recently AI agents, with human approval gates where they are needed. Read the methodology →
What that means for you
- Project management that shows where every job stands and who owns the next step.
- Systems integration, so work is entered once and stays in step.
- Standard operating procedures, naming conventions and written processes, written from how the work actually runs.
- Operational readiness: getting a facility, program or new line of work ready to run, and ready to hand over. How it works →
How he works
Directly. You work with Ben, either hands-on inside your operation or by standing up and overseeing your own team, and everything built along the way is yours to keep.
